how to connect to this server

As much as i hate to do this go here: http://gfc.clanff.com/t66-patch-for-master-server and follow the instructions. If you do it right you can connect to all Rtcw servers from your server list.

i copy the patch file to rtcw directory but its not loading server list. what to do?

You have to go to your Rtcw folder in your C drive (or whereever you installed it) and replace the "WolfMP.exe" with the patched one. After that launch the game and have "Internet" for your source and click "Get new list". The servers should appear in the list if you do it right.
